The company will lead Maps Group’s growth in the energy transition
Maps Group has officially announced the change of corporate name of its subsidiary Energenius S.r.l. to Maps Energy S.r.l.
This decision forms part of a long-term strategy aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and enhancing Maps Group’s competitive positioning. Following the recent establishment of Maps Healthcare, the Group continues its programme to optimise its corporate structure, to streamline internal processes and simplify the business model.
The new company brings together the expertise of the Maps Energy Business Unit with that of Energenius S.r.l., a company already well recognised in the energy market. The shared objective remains to enable operators and professionals to address the challenges of the energy transition through data-driven software solutions designed to analyse and certify energy data for sustainability, optimise consumption and comfort, and maximise the efficiency of renewable energy generation within energy community and flexibility models.
